Pray for the Foundations pt2

Dear beloved: As we pray for the foundations of God's kingdom here on the earth, God declares what the foundation of life here on earth shall be. Genesis 2:18 Then the Lord God said, "It is not good for man to be alone; I will make a helper suitable for him." v21 So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh at that place. v22 and the Lord God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man, v23 And the man said," This is now bone of my bones, flesh of my flesh; She shall be called woman(Ishshah), because she was taken out of man(Ish) v24 for this cause a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. 25 And the man and his wife were both naked and they were not ashamed. .. Then in Gen. 1:28 God declares what man and his wife are to do, And God blessed them; and God said to them," be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the sky, and over every living things that moves on the earth."

So God created the first family and declared over them that it was their duty to fill the earth, to have dominion over all that moves on the earth. As children of God, made in His image, we are to do everything we can to uphold and acknowledge agreement with God's declaration of what marriage and family is to be. Satan knows all this, also, and so it comes as no surprise that the second great attack from him against God's kingdom comes in trying to pervert and redefine the defintion of marriage as God declared it. The front for this attack is coming primarily from the homosexual agenda in their attempt to not only redefine marriage but also to redefine what God has said about homosexuality as a sin itself. What has God spoken about it in His word? In Leviticus 18:22 He says," You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination." v24 "Do not defile yourselves by any of these things; for by all these the nations which I am casting out before you have become defiled. v25 For the land has become defiled, therefore I have visited its punishment upon it, so the land has spewed out its inhabitants." And then we see the story of Sodom and Gomorrah in Gen. 18:20 Then the Lord said, "the outcry of Sodom and Gomorrah is indeed great, and their sin is exceedingly grave." and again in Gen.19:13(the angels)" for we are about to destroy this place, because their outcry has become so great before the Lord that the Lord has sent us to destroy it." We know from reading the rest of the story that the Lord did destroy it because He could not find even ten righteous in the city. And in the new testament we see this example pointed out by Paul in Romans 1:26, For this reason(they exchanged the truth of God for a lie) God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, v27 and in the same way the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty for their error. v28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, v29 being filled with all unrightousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips,v30 slanderers, haters of God,.....

So how are we to pray for the foundation of marriage that is being so violently assaulted today? First, understand that God loves every single person on this earth, no matter their sin, and it is His desire that all should come to know Him and be restored by Him. 2Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. And 1 Corinthians 6:9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, v10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God, v11 And such were some of you; but you were washed, you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.... So pray for those trapped in sins of fornication and homosexuality to be set free by the blood of Jesus, to be washed and cleansed and restored to a right relationship with God.

God loves and wants to restore all sinners to His kingdom. There is much gender confusion and agreement with homosexuality today because people do not understand that God hates sin but loves the sinner. If you have been in agreement with the homosexual attempt to redefine marriage or redefine homosexuality as a sin, please repent of that today and ask God to give you wisdom in your thinking on the subject. If you are in agreement with fornication or any arrangements that undermine God's definition of marriage between one man and one woman, repent of that also. In my ministry in the prison I have the opportunity to minister to many men who have been, and some who still are, trapped in lifestyles of homosexuality and fornication. I have seen men delivered not only of homosexual behavior, but also of their effeminate characteristics. To God be the glory!

Jesus said in John 14:6 " I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but through Me." The Lord showed me in a dream last night that a person who will read this needs this teaching very much, and he cried out to the group "Pray for me!" So beloved, pray for a man who wil read this that is struggling in this issue. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away, behold, new things have come. Pray for the foundations, beloved, that they would be strong and not weaken, that God's kingdom will stand. God bless you, in Christ, Jim
