Luke 11:11 If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish? v12 Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? v13  If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask of Him? 

Beloved, one of our greatest joys is hosting Children's Funday every other Saturday of each month.  We are averaging 125-150 children each day, starting early in the morning to mid afternoon.  We play football, volleyball, and other fun games, then we have a teaching time to tell them Bible stories and the good news of the Gospel.  We finish the day with a good balanced meal so they can go home happy and satisfied.  Many of these children are from muslim families, so this is a good evangelism outreach in addition to building goodwill in the village with our neighbors. Jesus said, "your heavenly Father wants to give you good gifts, all you need to do is ask."  The Apostle Paul spoke not only of the gift of the Holy Spirit, but also of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.  In fact, Paul said in 1 Corinthians 14:1 "pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy."  Our heavenly Father is not a trickster; if you earnestly desire the good gifts that He has, you can trust that He will give you what He has promised.  Jesus called the Holy Spirit "the promise of the Father." (Acts 1:4). We serve an amazing God, He wants to shower us with gifts to show His love for us. We invite you to partner with Gather the Outcasts Ministry as we spread the good news of the gospel to the young and old. Your donation, no matter how great or small will be used to further God's kingdom here in Africa.  Pray about your part!
