Pray for the Foundations

Dear beloved: It is vital that we pray for the foundations of God's kingdom here on this earth. God has declared His will in heaven and His desire is for that will to be carried out on earth by those who call themselves His children. Matthew 6:9 "Pray then in this way: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. v10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." Think about that for a moment, God has declared His will be done here on the earth right now by us, His children. What an exciting and challenging call!

Psalm 11:3 says to us, "If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?" Without good foundations, the house or building falls. It is interesting as I write this teaching today, I reflect on the fact that the last month I have been building a block wall in the basement of the house at the farm, to shore up a wall that has been caving in for many years. As a nation we are in the same situation, we need to rebuild the walls of the foundation of God's kingdom here in America, for without a good foundation, the house will surely crumble. So what are the foundations of His kingdom?

In the second chapter of Genesis God declares His will and lays out for all mankind to see two of the main walls of His kingdom foundation. The first is declared in Genesis 2:7 Then the Lord formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. This is a repeat of Genesis 1:26 and 27 where God says, "Let us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and the birds of the sky, and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. v27 And God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them... Then God gave to man his charge, or told him why he put him here on the earth. Genesis 2:15 Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it. God put us into His creation, His garden, to cultivate(tiil and prepare the soil, multiply the seed, keep the weeds out) it and keep it. We are created in the image of God to do His good work and His will on the earth. And so, for man to arbitrarily choose to destroy unborn, yet living beings in the womb is an offense of the highest magnitude to God, and it is the highest priority of work for the devil and his demonic horde; what could be more important to the devil than to silence the keepers of God's kingdom even before they are born? Satan has always been bent on destroying God's creation, even to the Christ child Himself. Matthew 2:13 Now when they had departed, behold, and angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, "Arise and take the Child and His mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you; for Herod is going to search for the Child to destroy Him."

As we reflect on God's crowning creation, mankind, let us realize that each aborted child has a prophetic destiny and unique calling to tend part of God's garden, and that part of the garden will go untended. God declares through the prophet Ezekiel that these are MY CHILDREN. Ezekiel 16:20 "Moreover, you took your sons and daughters whom you had borne to Me, and you sacrificed them to idols(convenience, reputation, sexual immorality) to be devoured. Were your harlotries so small a matter? v21 You slaughtered My children, and offered them up to idols by causing them to pass through the fire(abortion incinerators)"....v38 " Thus I shall judge you, like women who commit adultery or shed blood are judged; and I shall bring on you the blood of wrath and jealousy." Beloved, cry out for mercy as you pray today, that God would send revival, end abortion, reverse Roe vs. Wade, and our future prophets would all have the opportunity to fulfiil their prophetic destiny in God's garden.
