Warning Dream of Destruction Coming

Dear beloved:   A couple of months ago while fasting and praying for America and for the Gather the Outcasts Ministry, the Lord gave me a warning dream that I want to share with you.  He gave me this dream to share in the hope that the saints of God would take the warning and intercede for this country.  It is also a warning to those who are living a life that is not pleasing to the Lord, that they would be given time to turn from their wicked ways and seek the Lord. It is the duty of the watchman to warn the people when the Lord gives him warning.

Ezekiel 33:6 But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman's hand. Ezekiel 33:11 Say to them, "As I live," says the Lord God, " I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live.  Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?"

In the dream I was standing in Norton looking to the west, when I saw a huge storm start to brew, with angry, billowing clouds gathered up.  From those clouds a giant tornado funnel dropped down and touched the earth, it was at that time about six miles west of town. It started to move towards town, and I was fearful and thought, "How can I warn the people?"  I believe the Lord may have given me a sense of timing, there were three scenes in the dream that relate to summer activities here in Kansas.  The first scene, combines were in a wheat field, they started to move very quickly when they saw the storm start to gather.  The second scene, I am in Norton selling tomatoes, generally a July to October activity around here. From that vantage point I could see the tornado drop down on the western horizon.  The third scene, I am carrying a bag of alfalfa seed, most likely for planting, though it could also be from a seed harvest.

I believe this dream is for America, not necessarily for Norton or myself.  It may involve an attack of some kind against this country, or some other type of destruction.  I was reminded of the dream yesterday as we seeded alfalfa on my farm.  I have also planted tomatoes and the wheat will be ready for harvest in a couple of months.  Please be in prayer that as a nation we would turn from our wicked ways, cry out to the Lord for forgiveness, and that He would hear our prayer, forgive our sin, and heal our land. If anyone receives any kind of confirmation to this, please let me know.  God bless you as you pray, in Christ, Jim     pureprairie@hotmail.com    www.gathertheoutcasts.com

Kenya Orphanage Challenge Donation Met

Dear beloved:   I have good news to report about the challenge grant of $2,500 that was offered by a generous donor for the Living Water Orphanage Project.  We have reached the $2,500 and beyond, we have now taken in over $4,000 in response to the grant. Thank you very much to all who have donated this past month to meet this challenge, we continue to progress in our goal of having the money to build the orphanage this summer.  Praise God for all the generous saints!
The saints in Kenya have become more fearful because of the slaughter of 148 students at Garissa University in northern Kenya. The Gospel must be preached!  The soul of the nation of Kenya lies in the balance.  To provide 50 orphan children with a good home in the Living Water Orphanage will be a victory for the kingdom of God.  These children will be fed and sheltered and taught about Jesus Christ, the lover of their soul. This is the greatest weapon against the lies of Al-Shabab and the sex traffickers.
We hope to have the deed to the property in west Kenya this week!  We can then move forward with well drilling and the construction.  I will let you know when the deed has been transferred. If you would like to give to this project, you can make a donation to Gather the Outcasts Orphanage Project, Box 92, Norton, Ks.  67654.  To make a tax deductible dontation, send your check to Gather the Outcasts Orphanage Project, in care of Norton Christian Church, 208 N. Kansas, Norton, Ks. 67654.You can also make a donation with your credit card on my website at www.gathertheoutcasts.com  May God bless you as you pray about how God can use you in this great kingdom project. In Christ, Jim

Prepare for Persecution

Dear beloved:  The body of Christ here in America has been for the most part spared of any major persecution that is experienced by many Christians in other parts of the world.  But that is beginning to change, and the rapid acceleration of the government and others coming against Christians is just a sign of the end times.  The battle is heating up, beloved, and I want to prepare you for what is yet to come.  Laws being enacted (primarily through court decree) will make it illegal for Christians to speak the word of the Lord in the public square.  Hate speech and other modes of attack will force Christians to have to make a decision whether they are going to stand for the kingdom of God, or the kingdom of the devil.

Jesus spoke in Matthew 5:10 "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.  v11 Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. v12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

So none of this is a surprise to our Lord, He knew His word and His kingdom would bring division and persecution.  If you are silent about your Christian faith, you will not be persecuted much if any.  But that is not the Lord's will for your life.  He wants you to be a bold witness for the kingdom, a light shining on a hill.  You are the salt of the earth, and just as salt has an impact on the flavor of the food we eat, He wants you to make an impact through your life on the people and situations around you.  Matt. 5:13 "You are the salt of the earth: bit if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned: It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men."  How sad it will be for some, when they stand before the Lord and He says to them, "I had to throw you out because you had lost your flavor and had no impact."

Beloved, pray that God will strengthen your faith, and that you will be strong in the face of trials and tribulations.  Make up your mind now, before the persecution gets more intense, that you are going to stand strong for the Lord.  Great will be your reward in heaven and you will be thankful you did.  God bless you, in Christ, Jim

Praying for Our Brothers and Sisters in Africa

Dear beloved:  My heart is bleeding with the people of Kenya tonight, as I have received word of the terrorist attacks at Garissa University, even some pictures taken of the terrible carnage inside the university.  Please join me in keeping the people of Kenya lifted up in prayer, and especially those families who have lost loved ones in this horrific attack, as well as for those who are wounded and missing.  I have had the privilege the last two years of ministering with the students from many different universities in Kenya, and they have blessed me greatly.  Many are very innocent and love the Lord Jesus with all their heart, they have a great childlike love for the Word and for the Kingdom.  Many in universities are also there because of great sacrifice by their families, and are often the first in their family to pursue a college degree. The pictures above were taken at KIHBT University in 2013, at an all night keesha meeting held the night before the Westgate Mall attack in Nairobi.   The Lord had us positioned to pray all night; of course He knew what was coming, even if we didn't.

Father, I pray Isaiah 54:17 over the country and the universities of Kenya. I pray that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn.  This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, saith the Lord.
John 10:10  The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but I have come to give life, and to give it abundantly.
John 8:44 The devil was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

Beloved, the hope for Kenya and all mankind is Jesus Christ, the risen Son of God. Gather the Outcasts Ministry will stand with the people of Kenya and preach the word in the open doors there, that Jesus will be lifted up.  We will not shrink back in fear as the devil would desire.  Beloved in Kenya, we stand with you, we encourage you to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Eph. 6:13)

Plans for the orphanage near Mumias, Kenya are full speed ahead.  The hope for the children in Kenya is to come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  I will also be going back to Kenya and East Africa to preach crusades again this summer.  Stand with us as we take the message of Hope to the precious people in Africa.  God bless you, in Christ, Jim

Praying for Kenya

Dear beloved:  Keep the precious saints of Kenya lifted up in your prayers, they are under great trials as many of the young people have been viciously slain at Garissa University.  The enemy, the father of lies, is the murderer from the beginning, and he is showing his true face.  I pray that the Christians in Kenya will stay strong in the face of these attacks;  we unite with them in prayer at the critical time in the history of their country.

I have had the joy of working with students from many universities in Kenya in revival and keesha meetings the last couple of years. The young people are so innocent and precious, many are realizing the opportunity to go to university for the first time in their familie's history.  All they want is an opportunity to have a better life for themselves and their family.

Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgement you shall condemn.  This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Father, I ask you to protect the precious saints of Kenya, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and the evil plans and schemes of the enemy shall be exposed.  I pray you send the Holy Spirit to comfort those who are grieving at this time, and in the days ahead.  Thank you, in Jesus name, Amen.
God bless you, in Christ, Jim
