Dear beloved: Pics, neighborhood children at Makunda; green vegetables for the orphan children at Living Water
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? v10 I the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings. Jeremiah 12:5 If you have run with the footmen and they have wearied you, then how can you contend with horses?
Beloved, we are now half way through the year 2020, it seems this year we have been running with the footmen. Without your feet planted firmly on the rock, it is very easy to get weary and disoriented. Soon enough we will be contending with horses, so set your eyes on Jesus. Bring your focus back to Him and He will lead you though. In spite of all the shakings, this has been a very productive year for Gather the Outcasts. We have opened the children's home and are really enjoying the presence of the children there. They are in our school five days a week, then Saturday is a work day for them to help out around the farm. Sunday is their day to worship the Lord. Speaking of that, tomorrow will be our first church service in the new church, and our first service in four months! We are looking forward to a great day together with the Lord. Corona protocols are still in place, but we can have a gathering with up to one hundred people. We thank the Lord for all the prayers and support to get the church building up and finished. When the travel restrictions are lifted, plan to come to Kenya to encourage and share with the good people here in Kenya. Karibu, we welcome you. Pray about your partnership with Gather the Outcasts Ministry as we take the good news of the gospel to people all over East Africa. May God bless you as you pray!
