Strength in Weakness

2 Corinthians 12:9 And the Lord said to me, " My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.: Therefore most gladly I will boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. v10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
In 2015 I had prepared a crusade for Butembo, Congo, and sent the team and money on ahead.  I traveled all night through Rwanda to get to the Congolese border point at Goma, only to be denied a visa and entry. Needless to say I was in distress.  I waited two weeks at the border but was never allowed entry.  The man who stepped in to preach the crusade was Dr. Stephen Mutua, who happened to be in Butembo to preach at a conference.  This week in Mumias, Dr. Mutua was here to preach to 200 pastors, to light the fire for the upcoming Mumias Crusade. I paved his way in Butembo, he paved the way for me here in Mumias.  None of this was planned by either one of us, it was all in the Lord's timing. Commit your works unto the Lord, and your plans will be established.  Stand with us in prayer and support as we take the good news of the gospel to the people of the Mumias region.  May God bless you as you pray!
