Uganda Report pt3

Dear beloved;  The Lord moved in a mighty way in eastern Uganda, so hungry for the Word of God were the people in the Tororo area, and the Lord blessed them with many healings and deliverances.  I spoke in two churches on \Sunday where many had been to the crusades in the previous days, and the testimonies could have gone on for hours and hours.  One lady was so sick she thought she would die on the way to the crusade; she couldn't breathe, but the Lord touched her and healed her, her breathing problem went away totally!  She was dancing and singing in the church.  Another many told of his severe stomach pain that was healed and he aslo had the joy of the Lord back in his step.
I went back out to the village Sunday afternoon where the crusade was held, and though only expecting a small gathering because most attending the crusade had gone back to their villages, over 600 people showed up to hear the Word one more time.  Before leaving, I laid hands on and prayed for all 600!  It was a great way to say goodbye, and they also showered me with blessings and prayers, and I went home with two fat chickens as well.
While leaving Uganda yesterday morning, happened upon some baboons crossing the road in a forested area.  Am used to deer in the headlights, but baboons, now that is a different sight.  It's good to know they are doing well outside the zoos!
Keep up the prayers, as I am now in Nairobi and resting up for the meetings on two university campuses this weekend.  The timing is the Lords, as this weeked is the Feast of Tabernacles, of Ingathering.  I expect the Lord to do even greater things among the students, they are hungry for the Word as well.  Pray that many will come to know Him, and a prayer movement will come out of these meetings that will go on for many years.  May God bless you as you pray, in Christ, Jim
