Testimony from Nakivale

Dear beloved; Pics above, Paul and Simon, helping with cattle pen; beans drying in the sun at Living Water Farm
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him (the accuser of the brethren) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.  Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."
Beloved, I have received a testimony from a lady who attended the church service on Sunday of the Nakivale Crusade in Uganda. She writes: "Your presence here was our blessing. I was so tired of life and my prayer was only to die, but after you called for the people who have problems, I came and you prayed for me, by the third day all in me had changed, and now I am very well. I don't know what to say beause I am Congolese French speaker, but what you did was so high, I was was at my end, really, you saved my life.  Welome again next year, when you sang "Power in the name of Jesus, Break Every Chain, I started crying and everything in my head was changing.  I thought everything was finished, but then the joy of life entered in.  After the war in Congo I was singing to God with my family, and in the evening God opened my eyes and is showing me many things!"  Beloved, All praise and honor go to Jesus, the King of KIngs.  He is the one who can break every chain!
We are making a cattle shed and pen at the farm to house a couple of cattle.  We have much grass and will need milk for the orphan children.  Would you be willing to donate to the milk cow project?  Heifer calves are $250 each, and the cost of the shed and pen is $200.   We will also be constructing a chicken coop and pen for 50 laying hens.  That cost will be $100 for the chicks and $150 for the house and pen.  Pray about your part in helping get the livestock project up and going, we want the children to have great food!

Report from Nakivale

Dear beloved:  Pictures above, altar call at Nakivale; right, one of the many anointed choirs.
Matthew 9:35 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. v36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, for they were like sheep without a shepherd. v37 Then He said to HIs disciples, " The harvest is truly plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."
Beloved, we are safely back from Nakivale, with thanks for a successful crusade!  It was hard plowing at times, many obstacles to overcome, but the sheep are His and so is the harvest.  Many saved, hundreds blessed with prayers for healing.  One lady gave a testimony of how the Lord touched her painful eye condition and gave her a complete healing.  As she was testifying, she just wanted to keep singing praises to the Lord Jesus for His compassion for her!  Sunday we had an afternoon healing rain, the air was refreshed and so were the souls of the people, as several thousand came out to hear the good news of the gospel.  We give thanks to the Lord for the safe travel, for all the people touched, for those who provided for the crusade.  May God bless you as you pray.  For more pictures go to www.facebook.com/Jim Rowh.

Looking Forward to Nakivale

Dear beloved: Pics above, produce stand near home; right, at Living Water Orphanage site, l to r, Glen, Zephaniah, Pastor Lucas
Psalm 121:1 I will lift up my eyes to the hills, from where does my help come from? v2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. v3 He will not allow your foot to be moved, He who keeps you will not slumber.  v4 Behold, He who keeps Israel will never slumber nor sleep. v5 The Lord is your keeper, the Lord is your shade at your right hand. v6 The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. v7 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil. He shall preserve your soul.
Beloved, I am saddened and in prayer for the Las Vegas shooting victims families and friends, as well as those wounded fighting for their lives. . America needs lots of prayer.  The Lord says in His word, in the end days men will be evil minded, haters of God. Romans 1:29 Jesus is the answer for every person of every nation!  We can look to Him in every situation. I will be going to Nakivale, Uganda in a week to share the good news of the gospel with thousands of refugees from several nations at Sudan Camp #2.  Please be in prayer with me that many would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that His healing hand would also be upon them for signs, wonders, and miracles.  We still need provision of $1,500 to have the amount budgeted for the crusade, I am trusting the Lord will provide.  May God bless you as you pray!

Forget Not His Benefits

Dear beloved:  Pictures above, Dar es Salaam crusade; right, children and American team  at New Hope preschool, Kenya
Psalm 103:1 Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise His holy name. v2 Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all His benefits- v3 Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, v4 who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion; v5 who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Dear beloved, have you taken time to praise the Lord for all his benefits? God has been good to us here in Kenya, the abundance of rain has made the crops flourish.  We are looking forward to a great harvest.  I am also looking forward to a great harvest in Nakivale, Uganda at the Sudan Camp 2, near the Congo border.  We will be there Oct. 10-20. Thousands of refugees from several nations are in the no man's land, where they can't go back, but can't go forward either.   We pray the Lord will crown them with His love and compassion.  We still need $1,500 to meet the budget for Nakivale,  I have also incurred many expenses as I have transitioned out of hotel into my own house in Mumias.  Can you help?  I am ready to receive visitors if you are ready for a trip to Africa. Pray the Lord of the harvest to send forth workers into the harvest, it is ripe!   Thank you and may God bless you as you pray.

Righteousness Exalts a Nation

Dear beloved: pics above, left, Ngozi, Burundi Crusade; right, maize planting and avocado trees at Living Water Orphanage site in Kenya
Proverbs 14:34 Righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a disgrace to any people.  Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people chosen for his inheritance. Psalm 2:2 The kings of the earth take their stand against the Lord, and against His anointed One.
Beloved, We have much to be thankful for in America, we take for granted until we don't have it.  Kenya is going through growing pains, the first election was annulled, now another election cycle is in progress.  The kings of the earth are taking their stand, so much bickering and tension. It seems at times the nation is going to break. And looking at America from afar, it seems it is going through stress as well.  What is the answer?  Jesus is the answer in every situation!  We are moving ahead with plans for a big crusade in Nakivale, Uganda, at a Sudan Refugee camp with 150,000 refugees.  We would also like to move ahead with the construction of the building at the Living Water Orphanage site.  Is God able to provide?  Yes, He moves through His people.  Pray about your part in exalting the name of Jesus forward in Africa. Thank you for your prayers and support.

Beautiful Rwanda

Dear beloved:  Pictures above, Jim and interpreter Patrick; Mass Choir recording video at Gisenyi, Rwanda
Job 8:17 What is man, that You should exalt him, that You should set Your heart on him v18 that You should visit him every morning, and test him every moment?  Psalm 8:4 What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him: v5 For You have made him a little lower than the angels, and You have crowned him with glory and honor.
Beloved, we wrapped up the church revival in Gisenyi with over 300 people in attendance at yesterday's meeting.  Also present were choirs from several churches, one even shot a video for a dvd they are producing to release this fall.  I was humbled by a lady who came who had no legs. I had prayed for her in the street a few days before, and she came all the way across the city in her wheelchair to attend the meeting.  Another young man came with a friend, I had prayed for him down at the beach of Lake Kivu the day before; he told me his family story of how his family was all broken apart, the seven children going in different directions.  Jesus said, "I came to bind up the broken hearted, to declare release to the prisoners."  He certainly did that this week!  I am headed to Kampala, Uganda, today, and back to Kenya later in the week.  Thank you for your prayers and support!

Come to the Altar

Dear beloved:  PIctures above: left, crowd at Ngozi Crusade; right, singing praises with the worship band
Isaiah 25:8  He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord will wipe away tears from all the faces; the rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; for the Lord has spoken. v9 And it will be said in that day, " Behold, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord, we have waited for Him, we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation."
Beloved, we had a great crusade and pastor conference in Ngozi.  Thousands attended the crusade over the three days, and several hundred flooded the altar to make decisions to confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior.  Many more came forward for prayers for healing and deliverance.  Those trapped in the bondage of witchcraft cried out to the Lord and were set free!  In addition to the crusade, I taught over 100 Pastors from Burundi and Tanzania at the conference, and I also taught over 400 young people at at Ngozi and Bujumbura.  It was a very productive week!  I ask for your prayers as I will be leaving Burundi and headed to Gisenyi, Rwanda for a church revival starting on Wednesday of this week.  May God bless you as you pray!  More pics of the Ngozi Crusade on my facebook page.

Dar es Salaam Crusade

Dear beloved:  Pictures above, left, crowd at Dar Crusade; right, man with broken leg receives prayers for healing
Acts 4:10 (Peter) Let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands before you today made whole. v11 This is the stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. v12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. v14 And seeing the man who had been healed standing with Peter and John, they could say nothing against it.
Beloved, the Lord has given us favor here in Dar es Salaam. Thousands have already attended the crusade, and we still have two more nights to go.  Many salvations, many also came forward for prayers for healing and deliverance from demonic oppression. We are set up in a predominately muslim neighborhood, but God has stirrred up the hearts of the people to come and hear the good news of the gospel. I ask for you to continue to pray for more favor, protection, and to seal up with the Holy Spirit the decisions that are made.  We are planning a baptism service in the Indian Ocean on Monday after the crusade, then I will be resting for a few days before going on to Burundi. Pray about your part in supporting the gospel outreach of Gather the Outcasts Ministry in Africa.  The cry of the Lord is for the souls of His people! Upcoming Crusades

Dear beloved: Pictures above, Burundi Crusade 2016;  New Hope Preschool children showing off dolls
Matthew 9:35 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. v36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. v37 Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. v38 Therefore, pray the Lord of the Harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."
Beloved, I will be leaving Kenya shortly to go on an extended preaching tour, starting next week in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.  From there I will be going on to Burundi, where we have had two very successful crusades.  Then I will wrap up with a three day crusade  in September in Nakivale, Uganda, a large refugee camp on the border of Uganda and Congo.   The Nakivale crusade is unfunded as of this date, but we are stepping out in faith and believing for the provision.  We are expecting crowds of 30,000 in Nakivale, with refugees from Congo, Sudan, and Somalia living in the camps. The harvest is ripe in Africa, many souls hang in the balance.  Would you pray about your part in bringing in the harvest? May God bless you as you pray!

Tanzania Crusade

Dear beloved:  Pics above, beautiful lion at Masai Mara; right, Jesus team at Mumias, from left front row, Jane, Lucas, Sammy, Precious, Frank; back row, Janet, Augustine, Steve, Jim, Rhonda
Isaiah 41:10  Fear not, for I am with you, Be not dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. v11 Behold, all those who were incensed against you shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing, and those who strive with you shall perish  v12 You shall seek them and not find them- Those who contended with you and war against you shall be as nothing, as a nonexistent thing. v13 for I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, " Fear not, I will help you."
Beloved, at a time when Kenya is grinding to a halt because of the elections, Gather the Outcasts Ministry is moving forward.  The American team that was here partnered with our Kenya partners to accomplish mighty exploits for the Lord.  Construction at the Living Water site, maize harvesting, preaching in the Bungoma prison, minstering to the Mumias street boys, sharing with the New Hope preschool.  We finished up the mission with a trip to the Masai Mara Wildlife Refuge, to see some of the Lord's majestic creations.  Start praying about coming to Kenya to be a part of what God is doing here!  Next up: Five day crusade in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.  This is going to be a biggie, many famous gospel singers lining up to join the crusade.  Pray for the harvest in this city of six million.  God bless you as you pray!
